Wholesale Program and Dropship Services

Fox Hill is glad to have you join us! All of our products are warehoused, packaged and shipped from in San Antonio, Texas.

To join our Wholesale Program / Drop Ship Services, please read this entire page first, and then follow the Steps for Joining section below:


  • You must be a retailer or rally vendor to open an account on our website.
  • We will only sell to motorcycle related businesses that intend on reselling our products.
  • The only form of payment we accept is credit card payment online. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Sorry, no company checks, COD's, or NET30's.
  • As always, we have no minimum purchase amount or minimum quantity.
  • No backorders. We make every effort to maintain operating inventory levels, however, in the case of out of stock items invoice will indicate a zero and you will need to reorder later.
  • DEFECTIVE ITEMS - We will replace all defective items or refund the purchase. We will be responsible for return shipping expenses and shipping expenses for replacement items. We reserve the right to choice the mode and carrier.
  • RETURNS & EXCHANGES - Returns & exchanges need to be initiated within 5 days of the receipt of the shipment. You will be responsible for the return shipping expenses and the shipping expenses for replacement items. Non-defective returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • SHIPPING LOCATIONS - We do ship anywhere in the contiguous 48 states. No international shipping or shipping to Alaska or Hawaii.

Steps for Joining:

  • You must open a Customer Account to begin. Please don't forget your company name.
  • After you've opened the Customer Account, email a copy of your Business License, Retailer's Tax ID or "Not For Profit" documentation to billandvicki@foxhillfarmleather.com.
  • We must have your documentation prior to placing your first order, otherwise, your discount will not be applied.
  • You will be notified by email or phone call when your account has been approved and activated.

After Approval:

  • You will not see the Wholesale prices, unless you are logged into your account.
  • If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

Dropship Specific Rules:

  • There will be a $1.75 fee for each drop shipped order. You will need to add the DROPSHIP FEE to your shopping cart, in order to pay the fee.
  • There will be NO paper work enclosed in the shipment to your customer. We also commit to not placing any of our advertising in your customers shipment. Please do not ask us to place items in the box on your behalf. You will be responsible for invoicing your customer.
  • We will NOT be providing tracking or delivery confirmation to your customer. You will continue to receive the same notifications you get today.
  • To assist us in identifying your dropship orders, we will ask you to please input DROPSHIP in the PROMO field that is located on the checkout page.
  • Please be aware. There is a box located under the SHIP TO fields on the Customer Information checkout page that is titled "Update Customer Record With This Information", and you will want to uncheck the box. If you fail to uncheck the box, the new shipping info you input will become you permanent SHIP TO record.
